2. When entering it in the form, do not include the dash or any spaces. Enter it like this: RMUXXXXXXXXX
3. Select your correct nationality and phone code from the dropdown options.
4. All fields on the form are mandatory unless otherwise indicated.
5. Click the Submit button only once. Do not refresh or click multiple times to avoid duplicate entries.
